We provide outdoor group exercise classes across London, delivering the quality of service you would expect from personal training in a group setting. the days of anonymous boot camp participation are over, our trainers will want to know your name, your goals and maybe even what you had for breakfast this morning (to make sure you are fuelled for exercise of course!)
What Kind Of Exercise?
Our fitness sessions combine kick boxing training drills, body weight resistance, high intensity Cardio and core/abdominal training to provide a total body and diverse workout every session. No two workouts will ever be the same, we pride ourselves on delivering diversity. Exercise doesnt have to be boring and difficult, we get great results with simple techniques and a light hearted delivery.
Who is FitBox For?
You can join FitBox at absolutely any level of fitness, our classes are designed in such a way that every participant will be able to train at their own individual ability and work rate, without having to be classified according to their perceived ability, which is often misleading. We cater to those that expect a personal trainer style service in a group setting, standards shouldnt drop just because there are more customer, if anything they should improve!
How Did it Start?
FitBox was created by and continues to be run by professional personal trainers, which is reflected in the quality of exercise delivery and professionalism in each and every training session. Personal trainers Scott Laidler and Victor Analuwa have worked with everyone from Hollywood celbrities to professional athletes which has made their personal training services very sought after. In a bid to reach more people they decided to collaborate and begin to deliver group classes, these sessions were very popular and FitBox has grown by demand from there.
